Article 87: The Political Bureau may take a decision to freeze the membership of any person referred to the Committee until its case is decided by the Committee, provided that the period of the freeze does not exceed four months in the form of serious violations, The Political Bureau shall invite the concerned person to answer the charges against him prior to taking the disciplinary measures Section II: Penalties Chapter 88: Penalties for Minor Mistakes: Oral, written or electronic communication The Political Bureau or the System Committee shall, if committed, undertake such sanctions by reasoned decision Chapter 89: Penalties for Serious Mistakes: Registration in the concerned file: Loss of the right to stand and vote for a maximum period of one year Displacement of tasks and responsibilities in party bodies Withdraw confidence from elected member of public bodies Suspension of membership for four months The final chapter of the party The System Committee is competent to consider the imposition of such sanctions
