Part II: From the Party's Rules of Procedure Section Four: Updated Offices and Offices Abroad Chapter 27: The National Council shall establish special offices, called offices and offices abroad, and shall determine its departments Chapter 28: The updated offices are concerned with a group of the society and are specialized in studying the problems and requirements of the human or the sector to which they are directed. It is headed by the President of the Party, which is the most important in calculating the quorum. Chapter 33: The Party Chairman is the official spokesman of the party and can appoint an official speaker with the approval of the Political Bureau The head of the party shall be responsible for establishing the administrative and financial arrangements and issuing decisions to fill the gap in the Basic Law and the internal rules, after consultation with the Political Bureau In the form of taking orders or decisions from the head of the party without the approval of the Political Bureau, the head of the party or the political bureau shall have the power to stand for membership of the political bureau. Candidate must: - Be involved in the party for at least two years without interruption - To be entitled to eight congresses and no conference can recommend more than two candidate candidates - to prepare a program of work - to submit a candidacy application within the deadlines - that the candidate be innocent of the party and the National Council can propose to the Political Bureau to exempt the person concerned from the first two conditions And second Article 35: For the candidacy of the party leader, he must: - be responsible within the party - have a seniority in the party - the candidate must be recommended ten conferences and no conference can recommend more than two candidates - on Article 36: The Political Bureau shall consist of thirty members, twenty of whom shall be elected by the National Congress and ten members proposed by the Political Bureau to the National Assembly, the President of the National Assembly, the Head of the Parliamentary Bloc and the Ministers to attend the work of the Political Bureau without the right. In the vote and Article 38: Members of the Political Bureau shall distribute tasks among themselves, including the secretariat of the funds and in the form of incompatibility. Chapter 39: The Political Bureau shall meet once a month and may meet whenever necessary on the proposal of the Party President or a quarter of its members. Chapter 40: The work of the Political Bureau shall be recorded in a special register signed by the attendees. Article 41: The Political Bureau shall take the necessary procedures, mechanisms and programs to implement the decisions of the National Congress and the National Council, which is responsible for the follow-up of partisan and political activities and the Political Bureau. The establishment of committees not provided for in the Rules of Procedure. And shall take the necessary measures in accordance with the rules of procedure. In turn, he shall publish his monthly report and direct him to the National Council to order the National Assembly to take what he deems necessary.
