Part One: Engagement Section I: Conditions of Engagement Chapter 1: Students are required to enroll: To be Tunisian nationality Do not be under 16 years of age Do not be legally barred from engaging in political parties Shall not participate in the despotism, defend or consecrate it before 15 January 2011 Do not be involved in another party To be characterized by integrity and a spirit of struggle and giving To abide by party principles Not related to criminal provisions against honor and honesty Be good behavior Section 2: Procedures for Application and Acceptance of Admission Chapter 2: The application to join with the registration information, which is controlled by the Political Bureau in a personal and direct form for the branch or local or regional office or office abroad or the party administration, shall be submitted. Refusal to enroll the student The applicant may request to review the decision of rejection of the system committee within two months of being informed of it and the decision of the system committee will be subject to appeal before the appeals committee within two months Chapter 7: A copy of the file of each applicant and the rejected applications shall be kept at the local and regional office. : Rights of the veil - Participation in decision-making and in the development of party programs in accordance with democratic methods and standards and in accordance with the party's rules of procedure. - Contribute to evaluating the work of party structures and exercising self-criticism and criticism freely and objectively within the Party's structures and internal groups.
