Part III: of the Party's Bylaws

Article 43: The Political Bureau may freeze the activity of any regional or local office or office abroad, an updated office, a branch or a committee of a continent. Overseas persons may be allowed to participate in the National Assembly by means of an electronic means of communication which is secured by the decision of the President of the National Council or the Head of the Political Bureau Article 49: The National Assembly shall elect a President from among its members who are not members of the Political Bureau by secret ballot in a two-year session, renewable two consecutive times The President of the Bureau shall select two members of his office to be informed by the President of the Party and the members of the National Assembly upon their appointment or compensation Each member of the National Assembly may be nominated for the presidency of the National Assembly. The membership of thirteen members of the National Assembly can be recommended and no member may recommend more than two candidates The Bureau of the Council follows the work of the Political Bureau and the extent to which the resolutions of the Conference and the National Assembly are implemented Section IV: National Congress Chapter 50: The National Convention is the highest body in the party Article 51: The National Congress shall consist of: Party leader Members of the Political Bureau Members of the National Council Four members shall be elected from each regional conference and shall be joined by the general secretary of the regional office, his assistant and the treasurer. A conference shall be added for each number of participants determined by the National Council Four members shall be elected from among the directors of each updated office. The Chairman of the Party or the Political Bureau shall convene at least two and a half months before the date of its convening. In the absence of an invitation to convene within the specified time limits, the Speaker of the National Assembly may convene the National Conference The National Convention may take place in special sessions whenever necessary
