Article 66: The Sanctions Committee shall impose penalties on violators of the internal order by issuing written written decisions, and its decisions shall be implemented only after the expiry of the terms of appeal without submitting an appeal or approval by the Appeals Committee The Committee shall decide on all errors attributed to the Party's handlers and its decisions or the decisions of the Appeals Committee shall not be valid for the Chairman of the Party or members of the Political Bureau or members of the Legislative Council until after the approval of the National Assembly The Committee shall decide on all disciplinary cases and complaints submitted to it by the Party Chairman, the Political Bureau or the Regional Office concerned or the President of the National Assembly However, each affected person may file a complaint with the System Committee for consideration, provided that the error caused him direct and personal harm In cases other than direct or personal injury, a complaint may be submitted to the System Committee for consideration, with a total of forty participants The Committee shall decide on the presence of a representative of a referral The head of the party or the president of the National Assembly or the Political Bureau may commission the commission to investigate any abuses within the party The System Committee may be consulted by the Politburo or forty members of the Party in disputes related to decisions taken by the Party and shall submit its advisory opinion to the National Assembly Article 67: The Elections Preparation and Monitoring Committee shall: Organizing and monitoring the internal elections of the party at the request of the Political Bureau to work in a neutral and transparent manner independently of the rest of the party structures in the performance of its functions Advertising of election results The minutes of each session shall be recorded on the occasion of each election Article 68: The financial control committee shall be entrusted with monitoring the Party's accounts at the regional and local levels and the offices and monitoring the conformity of its funding to the legal provisions, the rules of procedure, the basic law, the internal rules and the decisions taken by the central structures.
