Part Seven of the Party's Bylaws

Chapter Three: Selection of Party Candidates for Legislative, Municipal, Presidential and Senior Elections Section I: Legislative and Municipal Elections Chapter 71: Candidates shall be chosen by consensus or by election according to conditions determined by the National Council during a regional conference attended by members of regional and local offices and branches. Candidates' lists shall then be presented to the Political Bureau which approves or objects to a reasoned decision. In the event of incompatibility between the Political Bureau and the Regional Conference, the matter shall be referred to the National Assembly in the form of its convening in a timely manner and, where appropriate, the use of electronic voting by a joint decision of the President of the National Council and the Political Bureau Section II Presidential elections and senior positions in the state Article 72: The National Congress shall elect the Party's candidate for the Presidency of the Republic. In the absence of any absolute candidate, the elections shall be held in a second round between the candidates (2) who obtain the largest percentage of votes The National Congress may refer the election of the party candidate to the regional conferences, provided that all the participants vote, in which case the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply In order to run for the presidential elections, the candidate must obtain fifteen (15) recommendations from among the members of the National Council and present his program with his CV Article 73: Each of the candidates must submit the declaration of income and the authorization of his property and publish all this internally and immediately after the announcement of the candidate of the party, the publication of his statement on property and reached the annual income Article 74: The National Council appoints the party's candidate for ministries and state offices on the proposal of the Political Bureau. Each candidate shall prepare a work program for the candidate's post, which shall be published internally with his autobiography and delivered to the public. Article 75: Anyone who assumes responsibility as a partisan in the parliamentary and municipal councils or a leadership position in the government or any other leadership position must make a commitment to the honor in which he undertakes to resign from office if he leaves the party for any reason and presents the commitment with the candidacy The President of the Legislative Council or the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee or the General Assembly shall declare his property on the Party's website immediately upon his appointment or election
