Article 76 The members of the Political Bureau, the National Council and the regional offices shall donate to the Party on a monthly basis five (5%) per cent of their net income and a pe

rson who receives a monthly amount of 500 dinars for every person who works in a public place or in the private sector or in self-employment. Is obliged to pay {5%} of his own salary each month and for those who receive less than the above amount is exempt from payment of the amount of money and for the residents abroad four hundred hundred euros justified for exemption Article 77: No gift or assistance shall be accepted except in return for the delivery of a receipt bearing the stamp of the treasurer and the administration, and any violator subjecting himself to disciplinary sanctions Article 78: No assistance, contribution, gift or probate will be accepted, or conditional on the party's independence and its radiance, or it may lead to objectives or results that are outside the party's principles or political plan or contrary to its morals or reputation or persons associated with one of the leaders The party of public office holders has an interest as a student of administrative service Article 79: The Party's finances, as well as its movable and real property, shall be subject to the legal provisions in force and to the internal rules of the Financial Affairs Party Part Four: The financial resources of the party and its conduct Article 80: The various financial resources of the Party shall consist of the contributions, donations and contributions of the Party's representatives in the various leadership structures within the State. The income of the activities shall be included in an annual budget and shall be transparently and accurately regulated.
