Chapter 69: The Future Studies Committee shall consist of experts in various specialties appointed by the Political Bureau and endorsed by the National Council. Their task is to prepare studies that help to determine the future party's orientations for prosperity and progress and to present visions in all areas, including how to prepare an electoral and economic program Chapter 70: The Leadership Skills Development Committee shall consist of individuals whose number shall be determined and appointed by the Political Bureau and approved by the National Council The mission of this specialized committee is to develop leadership skills and prepare those involved to hold senior and leadership positions in the party and in the state. The committee selects the qualified participants to follow up its long-term training program for the future and present and future generations, The Committee shall give its opinion to candidates for political office
