The Committee shall appoint its representatives in the parties to be informed by the Political Bureau. Article 59: The Election Preparation and Monitoring Committee and the Financial Control Committee may use any party chosen by party members to be informed by the Political Bureau Chapter 60: Elections shall be held on individuals and the highest number of votes shall be the winners of the competing positions In the form of equal number of votes, the oldest candidate offers membership in the party and then the oldest Article 61: The membership of the committees and any membership in the party structures may be combined with the exception of membership of the National Assembly Article 62: Each committee shall conduct its work according to the rules of procedure or determine internal rules for the conduct of its work and not inconsistent with the internal rules of the party.
